Devin at J&D Plumbing replaced my water heater the same day after a basement flood. The install was very clean. Over the next day or so, the water heater kept tripping and wouldn't re-light. J&D Plumbing was very responsive and Devin worked with the manufacturer to correct the issue. I would recommend J&D up and down for how they stood behind their install for an issue out of their control. I also had J&D Plumbing fix a leaking shower drain a couple of months ago. Andrew cleanly cut a hole in our ceiling to access the drain and completed the drain replacement.

This company is amazing! I was dealing with another company who, on the day of install of a water heater, stood me up. Found this company on Google, read their reviews, and they certainly live up to the high ratings. Angelica was amazing and worked with me dealing with the back-and-forth calls to locate a water heater and schedule me for install. They gave me a date of install, and on that day within a couple of hours, the work was done. The gentleman who did the install (Dan, I believe) was professional and efficient. I definitely recommend this team hands down!
