With the temperatures dropping to the lowest we've had in years, one of my interior pipes froze. I reached out to J & D online for help, and within 30 minutes, John called me. After explaining my problem, he told me what he would do and talked me through it to help me save some money. Most plumbers would come out and charge you extra for every single thing (especially on a Sunday), but John didn't do that. He told me what to do, and within a few hours it worked. John is a true man of integrity! Very honest and very fair. I would recommend J & D Plumbing, over and over!

This company came to service us on Friday night due to a sewer backup in our basement. It was an emergency, and they arrived within the hour. They were amazing and professional, and even though the problem was not solved that night, the owner answered my phone call at 6 AM the next morning, rearranged his schedule, and arrived that morning around 8:30 and completely fixed our problem. They were also extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any plumbing issues going forward.

We had a bathroom leak that caused water to flood into the basement on a Sunday morning — so stressful! I was relieved when I called and got a real human being on the phone (on a weekend!), who was friendly, calm, and assured me help was on the way. We had a shower knob come off and couldn’t stop the water coming out—had to shut off the water to the house. Jeremy from J&D was quickly able to come out, separate the pipes from the shower so we could turn the water to the house back on, and gave an estimate. Good pricing. The next day Jeremy and Tom came out and replaced some of the pipes and all the fixtures in the shower, including the shower head, knob, and faucet. We were given a time frame they were going to be at the house at, and they arrived within that time frame. Actually, all the communication with the company was very simple. They did an excellent and quick job with the pipes and the install. My wife and I were very impressed with the job. Very professional. Would highly recommend and will use again if and when a problem arises.
