From the very start, communication with John was excellent. He was incredibly responsive to all our questions and concerns, keeping us informed every step of the way. It's rare to find a plumbing company that's so accessible and reliable with follow-up communication.
The team removed all the old, outdated plumbing and pipes throughout the house and installed brand new water pipes from scratch. This was a massive undertaking, but they handled it with incredible professionalism and expertise. What really impressed us was that they didn't just stop at the plumbing work – they also expertly restored all the sheetrock. You'd never know such extensive work had been done!
The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and kept the work area as clean as possible given the scope of the project. They clearly take pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows in the quality of their work. Our water pressure is excellent, everything functions flawlessly, and we have complete peace of mind knowing our plumbing system is brand new and built to last.

Amazing service and great price
Amazing! I had my galvanized steel piping replaced for a great price. PEX was the best option for me and they did a wonderful job; the water flow and taste is so much better. If I have to nitpick, they didn't sweep up afterwards, did not put back a piece of insulation, and needed to be asked to reinstall an outgoing valve they didn't notice was on the old piping. They made up for it by being well responsive to feedback and amazing at answering questions. They even threw in a small line to my fridge which I needed. All in all, I recommend their service to anyone in need of a plumber. PS: The HVAC guy was awesome too. 👌

They also redid the whole output and input for my washing machine, which makes my washing machine work better. They were very efficient and finished the job within the said timeframe. The plumber that was a sub on my home renovation was unable/unwilling to come back to fix their mistake in a timely manner (stay away from Joseph Esposito and Esposito Plumbing), so J&D Plumbing really saved the day!
