J&D came out promptly after I called within my schedule. Al was great—coming out two days in a row to assess the potential issues and returned the next day to fix it. He was here early and then transparently resolved the leaks and cleaned up within 3 hours. Will be happy to work with J&D and Al again!
Update: April 2025 - great next day service to replace my toilet and install a stopper. Al, Brad, and Nelson were all great, used booties, and efficient! Supreme customer service!
