Jeremy from J & D Plumbing serviced my tankless water heater and repaired a leaky valve. He came and diagnosed the issue, called Rinnai, and ordered parts for the repair. Scheduling the installation was very easy by the office staff. Jeremy and Colin were on time to make the repairs. After the job was completed, they left the area as if nothing had been done. I would recommend J & D Plumbing for your service and repairs. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Super fast after-hours callback to discuss my hot water heater replacement needs, and the next day the tech Jeremy was also fantastic. Super knowledgeable and was super clean and organized. Was a pleasure to work with. This is coming from a very handy homeowner. I don't mess with electrical or gas. J & D is my go-to now.

I can’t say enough good things about J&D Plumbing and Heating. I called them on Saturday, December 20 when my water heater completely stopped working, and they came out the very next day with the owner himself. Even though they had a slightly different model available, they removed the old non-functioning unit and suggested coming back the following day to complete the job properly. I asked if they could return Christmas Eve morning, and they happily accommodated. Throughout the entire process they were thorough, extremely courteous, communicative about warranties and maintenance tips, and their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of work was excellent, and I felt informed every step of the way. I highly recommend J&D and will absolutely be using them again—support local businesses!

Best decision I ever made Nov 11, 2025

Was in need of a new water heater. Reached out at 7:30 a.m., was contacted within minutes. A tech was dispatched to the house within that hour and diagnosed that a new water heater was needed, and began the install roughly 30 minutes after the first visit. Total job took about 2 1/2 hours. Best decision I ever made contacting this company. I have already referred them numerous times to friends that are in need.

We’ve had 2 great experiences with this company! Just over a year ago, my husband and I woke up on a Saturday to water in our basement and, to make a long story short, we needed a new hot water heater. We called J&D as a first-time customer. They were professional, knowledgeable, cost effective, and said Monday morning we could get it replaced. Sure enough, Monday at 11 a.m. we were all able to take a hot shower. Recently, we had a lot of water backing into our slop sink every time the washer drained to the point that it would overflow sometimes. Today, Jeff and Dale came over to fix the problem and they treated our problem as if it were their own. In the 5+ years we’ve lived in this house the drain has never worked this well and I wish I called J&D sooner. Thank you for making these situations easy to handle. We will definitely call them in the future.
